Having successfully graduated as a paralegal in 2012 and spending nine months abroad as part of a “work and travel” program in Australia, Martina Philp commenced an apprenticeship as a patent paralegal with the patent law firm Dilg, Haeusler, Schindelmann Patentanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in September 2013. After successfully passing the exam, she continued to work with the patent law firm Dilg, Haeusler, Schindelmann as a patent paralegal. To broaden her professional background and to further deepen and consolidate her expertise,

she worked for two other renowned patent law firms from September 2017 to September 2018. In October 2018, Martina returned to Dilg, Haeusler, Schindelmann Patentanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Since then, she has supported the firm in supervising trainees and functions as a team leader. Her professional focus in the field of intellectual property rights include the supervision and administration of patents, trademarks and designs both in Germany and abroad. In addition, Martina comprehensively advises clients on all formal issues of intellectual property rights.

In 2023, Martina joined the head of administration team.

Martina is fluent in German and English.
