Bianca Mühlbauer took her apprenticeship as a paralegal in the field of intellectual property from 1999 to 2002. She was initially educated at the law firm Eisenführ, Speiser & Partner and then successfully completed her apprenticeship as a paralegal in the field of intellectual property at the law firm Isarpatent. As a qualified paralegal in the field of intellectual property, Bianca Mühlbauer was able to expand her expertise in the field of intellectual property law at Isarpatent from 2002 to 2007.

In 2007, Bianca Mühlbauer moved to the family-owned stonemasonry business “Natursteine Mühlbauer”, where she worked, among other things, as branch manager, until 2019. During this time, she gained valuable experience in a different professional environment and applied her organizational skills in a variety of ways.

In 2019, Bianca Mühlbauer returned to her original profession as a paralegal in the field of intellectual property at Dilg, Haeusler, Schindelmann Patentanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Her areas of expertise in the field of intellectual property law include the management and administration of patent, trademark, and design rights in Germany and abroad, as well as advising clients on all formal issues relating to intellectual property law.

Bianca Mühlbauer is a member of the office management team since 2025. Bianca speaks German and English and has a good knowledge of French.
