Matthias Wildschütte graduated with a degree in engineering from the Technical University of Munich in 2006, specializing in product development and medical technology. During his studies, Matthias Wildschütte gained in-depth knowledge through term papers in the field of vehicle ergonomics and in the development of an implant for cardiology. The final diploma thesis was carried out in the field of pre-development of a new cardiac catheter in a medium-sized company.

After completing his studies, Matthias initially worked as a development engineer and project manager in a medium-sized company in the field of electromechanics from 2006 to 2014. During this time, he focused on electrical contact technology, galvanic surface coatings, the development of test procedures, technical consulting for customers and project management.

Matthias completed his training as a patent attorney at the law firm Pfister & Pfister from 2014 to 2018. He passed the German Patent Attorney Examination in 2017 and is a European Trademark and Design Attorney. In 2018, he passed the European Qualifying Examination to become a European Patent Attorney. He then worked as a patent attorney at Pfister & Pfister until 2019. Matthias Wildschütte has been working as an independent patent attorney since 2020 and joined DHS Patentanwalts GmbH in 2023.

As a patent attorney, Matthias has worked primarily in the fields of mechanical engineering, medical technology, construction technology, electromechanics, automotive engineering and plastics technology.

Matthias Wildschütte speaks German, English and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
