Antonia Moyano started her apprenticeship as a paralegal in the field of intellectual property in September 1999 at Kuhnen & Wacker, a patent law firm in Freising. She completed her apprenticeship in July 2001 and subsequently started work at Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH in Munich in August 2001.

Between 2003 and 2004 she gained experience in Spanish national patent and trademark law at the law firm J. Isérn in Barcelona. She then worked at a languageschool in Andorra teaching German and English to students of all ages.

In April 2005, she returned to Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH in Munich and spent a further two years there as a paralegal in the intellectual property rights sector. During this time, she also headed up a team of paralegals.

In 2007, she joined the founders of DHS Patentanwalts GmbH and is Head of Administration at DHS for many years.
